let it spill quietly from your hands

someone at la maison du cori et jeremy wasn't feeling the christmas spirit lately, so we typed up a list of things to do every night until the big day to help get us in the mood. i must admit that a little snow might help me at least (since he's from southern ca it might be winter cheer overload - ha! just kidding), plus it would be something to show for this ridiculous cold we've been having here lately.

so we have a stack of movies to watch, vintage-decorated greenery stuck into every nook and cranny and big, christmas-y plans (my favorites: invent a hot drink, take goofy christmas-themed photobooth pictures and make, decorate and deliver anonymously a plate a christmas cookies). and if it comes down to it, we can always drive to mt hood and have a snow ball fight.

what are you doing to get in the christmas spirit??

i love your list!! i have a hard time being sort of bah humbug this time of year.. i am hoping for snow this weekend and i am going to make saffron rolls for st. lucia day:) happy holidays!!

awesome list. we have been watching a ton of christmas moves and enjoying lots of hot apple cider. next week it will be time to start baking and make some yummy goodies with emerson. hope you two have a lovely christmas! maybe i'll see you at summer's party?!? :)

Well, I bought a wittle little real tree somewhere on hawthorne for $10 bucks and will string it up with R2D2 lights. I STILL haven't played my Puerto Rican xmas music. I am holding on that one until I am done with my PMSing ahaha I hope to see you sometime this season, miss!!

i love your list and how you typed it out. you need to save that. i need to get more in the spirit too. i have decorated the house and we watched a christmas story last night. if you have time we should get together soon. an estate sale or two, maybe hit up goodwill? lunch. let me know girlie. i am back in town and ready to play.
